I missed out on an apparently well paid coding job to a trekky! But it's fine because you can buy a T-Shirt embodying my plight! I expect that only #34SP people will understand any of this.

There was recently a Job up for grabs at my hosting company (they're based in manchester). The job was for someone with good design and PHP skills. I'm currently writing a CMS in PHP. However my design skills are hardly legendary (www.TheGing.com isn't exactly a work of art is it?), having said that I can write valid xhtml 1.1 and CSS 2.

I was PM'd (sent a Private Message) on IRC by one of the owners of the company. Asking if I had designed any sites besides www.TheGing.com.

I later found out that Detritus had also been PM'd but he had found out more infomation. It turned out that they decided that his design skills were not quite up to scratch. From the sounds of what Detritus had said though I didn't stand much of a chance anyway! ;-)
